Our Mission
The Hebraic Institute is designed to advance students’ Biblical Literacy and Hebraic Thinking. Each course provides a larger context of Biblical understanding and perspective.
As the students complete each course their knowledge of G-d, their experience with Him and community and their desire for the Word of G-d grows.
Hebraic thinking is a model designed to help the students enter the world of the Biblical writers. Their thought patterns, their culture and their encounters with the living G-d.
Programs
Certificate Programs
Foundations Certificate of Biblical Studies
This is the beginning pathway to understanding the Bible from the writer’s worldview.
Advanced Certificate of Biblical Studies
This advanced certificate builds on the previous courses by adding more depth to the Biblical equipping.
Master's Certificate of Biblical Studies
As our capstone program, the goal of the Master’s Certificate is to give the learner the ability to share the education they have received from the institute and be able to put it into practice.
Who Should Attend?
The Institute is designed for high school graduates and adult learners. Whether you are a person desiring to become a minister professionally or be challenged as a disciple of Messiah Yeshua, these courses will meet the need. No specific denomination is represented. The teachers and students come from various backgrounds and experiences providing a rich ecumenical environment.
The classes provide a platform for discussion with teacher and student-to-student interaction. This school is one of discoveries and challenge.
If you want to understand the land of Israel, the ancient path, the people who lived and wrote the Bible and Yeshua (Jesus) in his context on the earth then this school is for you.
See our About page to learn about our beliefs and standards.
Online & In-Person Classes
Online classes are available for students who cannot meet at scheduled class time or location. Each class is recorded and can be listened to later as well.
We encourage in-class meetings as often as possible. However, we understand that is not always doable. We hope as many people as possible can attend and learn from The Hebraic Institute and that is one of the reasons for the online option.
Each online student should interact with the teacher and other students during the week via the student classroom portal.
Pricing
How Much Does It Cost?
Tuition
$200 for any class we offer.
This price includes any workbooks the teacher wants the student to have. Hebrew textbooks must be bought separately. All other books or supplemental materials are not included.
We have scholarships available for students who need some help to attend.
Technology Fee
$15 to pay for the technology tools we use like the online classroom portal that allows you additional rich features to leverage to make the most of your investment.
Why Is The Price So Low?
The total cost for each class is $215. We do not believe that high-quality biblical education should be prohibited from the people who desire it due to money. Quality teaching, curriculum, technology, meeting space, and materials all cost money. These costs cannot be covered fully by tuition unless it is much higher. Therefore, we are building a support team.
